All the movements you do with your hands as you work with energy, responding to the excesses (and deficiencies) of energy around you and others, that might be one of the highest levels of tai chi, the "form without a form". I can't say for sure as you operate at a higher level of vibration than I perceive, but my teacher has said following the energy is doing the "tai chi form without a form", which is what we aim for in the long run.

I feel so much better! I think that wind on Monday really kicked things up for me and cleared some things out. Thanks for keeping in touch and being there for me. It is a gift to have you there to let me know I'm not going crazy or don't have wome weird disease. It all keeps coming back to our personal power to accomplish our dreams and heal ourselves. Empowerment! It is there for us to claim. We sure get weak and afraid a lot though don't we?! I guess that is the human experience. We are our only obstacle.
